I can't really seem to get back into xanga.
I feel like my life is in fast forward.
Big move for me (specifics will have to wait a week or so). I wasn't expecting this step to come for AT LEAST 6 months but I don't mind that it came early. I'm pretty happy about it actually. But still a big move...it's a little scary...but a good kind of scary 
I'm waiting to see what happens when I make the announcement. I'm starting to think it won't be as bad as I imagined it would be. Won't be as bad as it would have been say 3 years ago.
So now I have one more event going on this summer, probably July, or maybe after the cruise.

I've been gone for a minute.
Weather's getting nicer. I'm coming out of hibernation.
It's funny...life has been great for the past year, haven't been this happy in who knows how long, yet I haven't had anything to say on Xanga.
Everything seems to have come together at the same, right, time and everything still seems to be coming together as I would like. (Hopefully some of these ideas will come to fruition in the next few years.) But I feel like since life is so good right now, something is going to happen soon to have it come crashing down. Normal feeling right?
So....summer plans are under way.
I'm going on a cruise to the Bahamas in August  I was trying to go for my birthday but that wasn't happening. But August is a better time to take a week off from work. 5 days on a ship with the boyfriend and friends...stop at Nassau, Half Moon Cay and Grand Turk....can't wait!! I'm definitely going snorkeling but we want to just chill on the beach on the islands and check out some local places. Not really trying to pay for "shore excursions" on each island, except the snorkeling. Any suggestions?
For my birthday...I am of course having another party....I really want a place where I can chill in my sneakers and a tee shirt, listen to some r&b and dance. Suggestions on a venue? I'm also going sky diving for my bday. I've wanted to jump out of a plane for so long 
That's two items to cross off Our To Do List this summer. 2 out of 30+, but we've got time to cross off the others.
Hosting another bbq this summer too. My friends and his. That should be a pretty diverse crowd (not just by race/ethnicity). Either Rockland Lake again or Bear Mountain. I'm going to try for July with that one.
It's still April.....I'm sure there will be a lot more going on once summer actually comes around.
I'll be back on Xanga a little more now, hopefully....with some pictures to come.........do I need my premium back to post pics from my computer? Forgot how that works.
